ABOUT RAINFALL

Rainfall is a Los Angeles post-production company focused on innovative concepts with a fresh approach. The combined experience of the in-house team covers award-winning feature films, commercials, music videos, short films, and new media content.
Rainfall is now in its fifth year of operation, having evolved significantly since its founding. This year promises to be its biggest yet; in addition to an ever-growing clientele, the base of operations will be expanding to include more artists, more workstations, and a pipeline that can accommodate a much larger workload. Within the past year, Rainfall has provided production and visual effects work for Adam Lambert, Pitbull, Gloria Estefan, Steven Tyler, and many more. Joe Lynch executive produced the horror short The Hunt, which became the opening selection for G4's Epictober Film Festival. 32 commercial spots were produced for the popular Moshi Monster Bobblebots campaign. Sound design was created for EA's new SSX game. Britney Spears' video won an MTV VMA. It was an incredible year.
The company launched its official website in April of 2008, in conjunction with the release of The Legend of Zelda april fool's trailer. Within 24 hours of its release on IGN.com, it was watched over 2.5 million times, became the #1 video on MySpace and YouTube, and was the 4th most Googled term in the world. Variety declared it "the most watched trailer on the Internet." Rainfall.tv itself saw over 100,000 visitors on its launch day, and became the 26th most globally Googled term.
Currently, Rainfall is hard at work on a full production slate. In addition to producing content for film, television, and new media, the company continues to focus on visual effects production, motion graphics, music scoring, and sound design as integral parts of its business core.
